Open Mic night is a family freindly event open to all. We invite you to come share your passion whether it be singing, guitar playing, spoken word, juggling...whatever you like. We also have a DJ playing great music.

This is a total freedom of expression open mic. All forms of art are welcome. Spit, step or play, do it your way with respect. Painters, hairstylists and sculptors: contact me and we can feature your work during the show. All ages welcome. First hour reserved for students. The mic was founded in November, 2011 and is building an artists registry and community. Spectators welcome. Enjoy an evening of live entertainment and good food, support local artists and business.

Last Chance Poetry is for people who would like to attend poetry events, and poets who would like to perform in front of an audience. We've already held several events in Bergen County, NJ prior to creating this Meetup Group, and plan to organize events at least once a month. Youth Development for the Arts (YDA) is a "Mentorship" Group that will meet to promote and provide career development and guidance, training, mentorship and personal growth strategies to low-to-moderate income youth seeking careers in the Arts (film & TV, music, acting, modeling, painting, photography and poetry).
